Achievement is located in Azj-Kahet and you have to read 12 books while under the effects of Polymorphic Translation. This potion can be bought from different vendors in the City of Threads, but we bought it from Siesbarg who is located inside a building at /way 46.14, 14.05. This potion will cost you 33 Kej, but it can also be bought on the Auction House if you don't have that currency. Once you use the potion, you will have 10 minutes to find and read all the books. I suggest you don't use the potion until you get to the first book and possibly buy as many as you think you need to be safe.

1:54 Queen Zaltra, Anub'izek, Xekatha
These 3 books are located inside a building in the City of Threads at /way 40.49, 33.85. The first book is called Queen Zaltra the table to the right at /way 38.42, 32.34. The second book is called Queen Anub'izek which is in the center of the room on top of a bunch of books at /way 37.23, 32.73 and the third book is called Queen Xekatha and it is located on a bed at /way 38.29, 35.39.

2:45 Skitterlings, Sages
These 2 books are located inside a building in the City of Threads at /way 40.09, 38.78. When inside, the first book called Treatise on Forms Skitterlings and it is on a bench on the right at /way 38.62, 37.84. The second book called Treatise on Forms: Sages and it is located at /way 38.7, 39.13 to the right of Xix, leaning up against the table on the ground.

3:20 Lords
This book is located inside a building at /way 25.99, 51.43 in The Skeins district. When you get inside the building the book will be on the right hand side on a table at /way 23.63, 51.17

3:43 Strands of Memory
This book is located inside a building in The Skeins at /way 28.69, 52.45. When entering the book is on the far left table at /way 27.77, 54.53. Be careful as there are mobs around.

4:10 Ascended
This book is located inside a building at /way 76.79, 39.20 in the Tower of Tomes. When you enter, the book will on the right on top of a cabinet at /way 78.09, 41.22. Be careful as there are mobs around.

4:42 Ethos of War Part 4
This book is located in the Siegehold inside a building located at /way 43.93, 25.63. When inside, the book will be on a table to the left at /way 43.30, 25.56

5:13 Ethos of War Part 3
This book is located in the Siegehold inside a building located at /way 48.52, 23.83. When inside, the book will be on top of a cabinet next to the table on the right at /way 48.87, 23.97. Be careful as there is 1 mob in this building called Diu'mik

5:37 Ethos of War Part 2
This book is located in Rak-Zakaz sitting on a bench at /way 62.94, 31.10. Be careful as there are mobs around.

5:56 Ethos of War Part 1
This book is located inside a cave at /way 64.70, 29.60. Once inside the cave, the book is in the back on a table at /way 66.66, 31.26.
