This truck is a knock off of this Tamiya Bruiser, which first came out in 1985! and still is available in an improved version: https://www.tamiya.de/de/produkte/rc-...
It is more or less identical and most spare parts should fit. So it’s your decision, if you want to pay around 800 bucks for the original or not…
