I have always been a huge fan of South Indian cuisine. From crispy dosas to flavourful sambar, there is something truly special about the flavours and textures that this cuisine offers. Recently, I had the opportunity to indulge in one of the best dosas I have ever tasted at Crispy Dosa in Chennai.

Located in the heart of the city, Crispy Dosa is known for its authentic South Indian dishes, especially their signature dosas. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by the aroma of freshly cooked dosas and the sound of sizzling pans. The atmosphere was bustling with energy, as locals and tourists alike filled the restaurant to enjoy a meal.

I decided to go for the classic plain dosa, served with coconut chutney and sambar. The dosa was perfectly crispy on the outside, with a soft and fluffy texture on the inside.
