DIY Sequential Shifter (Full Tutorial)

in this video, I will show you how to make a sequential shifter for sim racing.

🔨*Materials Needed*

-Plywood size - Height 18mm, length 11 inches, width 4.5 inches

-608 2RS Deep Groove Ball Bearing 8x22x7mm
-626ZZ Deep Groove Ball Bearing 6x19x6mm

-M6 - 3.5 inch -- 3 Bolts
-M6 -- 11 Nuts
-M6 -- 10 flat washers

-M8 - 1 inch -- 2 Bolts
-M8 - 2 Nuts
-M8 - 1 flat washer

-M10 - 3 Nuts
-0.5inch screw - 4 screws

-10mm Thread bar - 12 inch
-Coil spring -- Outer diameter - 17mm (recommended 15 - 20mm)
length - 30mm (recommended 30 - 50mm)
Wire diameter - 2mm (recommended 2 - 3mm)

-Micro Limit Switch with 10mm Roller Lever - 2 Switches
-RJ45 Socket PCB Mount 5921 8P female connector

-Universal Aluminium Gear Shift Knob

-Drill
-Jig saw
-Polishing Pad Drill Attachment Tool

-6mm Drill bit
-Jigsaw Blade T 119 B
-P120 Sanding Discs Pads
-P120 normal sandpaper
-Tissue paper
-Grease lubricant
-Flat screw or wood carving tool
