Its innovative design maximizes the topography of the plot, creating a seamless flow between the interior and the natural environment. The house features an open-plan kitchen, living, and dining area on the ground floor, with a bedroom and open bathroom in the basement. Sustainability is key, with untreated oak finishes and thermal energy storage integrated into the concrete structure. The minimalist design, combined with the sparing use of materials, results in a purist and clear architectural statement.
