The Slimming World SP Plan - I actually can't find any official SW information on the SP plan written by SW themselves online, I think members only have access to this information given to them at group. I've been given all this information via a leaflet whilst in group, but I hope I have explained the plan ok enough for people's understanding.

I forgot to mention in the video that you can have x 2 healthy extra A's like the normal plan, along with the 1 x healthy extra B.
