The Aliens species from Alien Shooter 2 series was completely different species from the original bio engineered alien species. They originaly came from planet Heralborax, their planet
homeworld was completely destroyed by a Sun. They soon later came to Earth as their new home habitats, who later attack on human which revealed
those human was only stand on their new way. General John and Corporal Jane who realized that their soldier died one by one, decided planning to destroy Alien lair. However, after been successfully destroy the first lair. General John revealed his true nature, by killing Corporal Jane and control their entire army soldiers. General John finally died, and remaining Aliens was rescued in process.

10 moths after war incident, General Baker and Kate Lia was ambushed by Alien armies on Magma Corporation. They recognized that the alien have new leader which born from General John DNA. Kate Lia get killed by Aliens, while General Baker was revealed his hunger for power after known the secret Data of Disk from Magma Corporation. In confrotation with the protagonist, General Baker was killed in the process due to try to steal the disk. Alien Basilisk who revealed his true power, was challenging the protagonist. Alien boss eventually get killed in the process, and some remaining Aliens are attacking each other like stupid animals.

The city become clear from Aliens, but new chaos will begin. The city finally restored back again and become peace place once again. The story continued in Alien Shooter 3 as final chapter.
