We visited Siargao one year after super typhoon Odette hit the island and left locals homeless. In this video we talked to Boy Bagets or Ernie one of the rescuers who help evacuate some of the people trapped in the Siargao sports complex which was destroyed by Odette. We also visited the famous Cloud 9 Boardwalk and saw how the people of the Island rebuilt the famous landmark. More stories on the people of the Island and how they've rebuilt their lives after the storm in this video.
