Additional notes:
You can actually whip this the old fashioned way: WHISKING BY HAND. Just make sure that the ice cream base are COLD.

These recipes are really yummy specially the chocolate flavor one but please "eat" MODERATELY. 😉



Soft Serve Ice Cream Recipe:

3 cups Heavy Cream (700 gr)
2 cups Sugar (400 gr)
2 tsp Vanilla Extract
3/4 tsp Salt ( Do not skip the salt, it cuts the sweetness of the ice cream)

divide mixture in half and to one half add:
1/3 cup Cocoa Powder (40 gr)
