This is another spontaneous little demonstration of the Suhr Hedgehog 50, this time using the overdrive.

The amp first caught my attention, when I heard Ian Thornley of Big Wreck play through it. The clarity and fatness in tone, just immediately got me.
Apparently it is based on a Dumble amp, I don't know which one though, neither have I ever played one.
It's the first amp I'ver ever bought without trying it in person, so it was a bit of a gamble (without return policy), but I'm more than happy with it.
For sure most, if not all tube amps, sound better once the volume makes it hit its sweet spot, though in this video, I hope I can demonstrate, that the Hedgehog also sounds good on lower volume settings, since this video was recorded at room level.

I've been playing my Suhr Classic S Antique with V63 single coils and SSV humbucker. Curt Mangan strings and D'Addario cables.
The backing track was self produced.
