Vidhika Rohatgi is an accomplished corporate design leader and entrepreneur with a couple of startup exits and over a decade of global experience in user experience, innovation, and digital transformation. She has been a Partner with Ernst & Young (EY), is the founder of Fortune Cookie UX Design, a pioneering UX firm which was later acquired by EY India, where she led innovation and experience design consulting. She was also co-founder of ImaginXP — India’s leading higher education company for Future Skills which was later acquired by CollegeDekho — where she had built and scaled businesses that sit at the convergence of design, technology, and education.
She has been passionate about using experience design as a force for business transformation and social impact. With expertise across industries like BFSI, healthcare, media, and logistics, she is known for building people-centric design studios, advancing UX education, and shaping future-ready strategies. She is also the co-author of “Empathy & User Research”, a practical guide to building deeper understanding through human-centered methods.
