http://www.fitforafeast.com Here is the last installment of our three part Handstand Tutorial series. In this video Sloane and Katrina teach you how to do some advanced handstands and poses. You will have to be able to do a standard handstand quite comfortably before attempting any of these advanced handstands. You will learn how to do a stag, double stag and lots of other great tricks on your hands. Even if you can do good handstands, make sure you practice these on a soft surface since you may lose your balance when first learning these new poses.
