This is a recurring problem with Acronis Cyber Protect, when using "on-line" scanner component, whether it is then enabled or disabled in the app settings. Sometimes after a long hibernation (usually 2+ hours, but this time it was a bit less than that), your network stops working, even though Windows thinks it's online, and things do get pinged normally. Yet, all connections seem to time out. Videos shows websites, but you will get same issue with protocols other than HTTPS (for example mysqldump for remote server will also fail). And as you can see on video, the issue gets resolved with removal of the "on-line" scanner.
Note, that this does not happen after all hibernations, you can live for roughly a week without such issues at all, but once it happens once, probability of the issue increases, even if you will also have periodic reboots (forced by the issue, since nothing else helps).
