X68000移植比較　サンダーブレード Thunder Blade セガ/SEGA アーケード

～性能は 足りないぐらいが 面白い～

X68000版で上昇と下降を再現しただけでも神業。プログラム技術とアイディアの集大成の素晴らしい移植です。

2面の左右の崖の再現も凄くて、単色のBGにスプライトで枠を付ける手法ですね。

ハイスペックなX68000でも無茶移植の部類に入ってしまう程、この頃のセガの業務用基板は凄まじい。

CPUはどちらもMC68000ですが、サンダーブレードの基盤はMC68000を2個搭載しており、更に拡大縮小をハードウェアで処理出来ます。

X68000版はPCエンジン版とかと同じでスプライトパターンを大中小と言った感じで用意しているみたいですが、パターン数がPCエンジンの倍以上用意されているので、拡大縮小がスムーズで綺麗ですね。

ラスボスはプログラムで拡大して迫って来るように見えますね。オブジェによって使分けてるんですかね。

サウンドも素晴らしく、めっちゃ良い音で鳴っています。X68000はPCM1チャンネルなので、爆発等が鳴る度にドラムが消えちゃいますが余り気になんないですね。

伝説は色あせない。X68000Zにも期待してます。

At the time, it was too expensive to buy, so it wasn't until I became an adult that I got an actual machine.

This X68000 Thunderblade is a wonderful port that overcomes performance differences with programming technology and ideas.
At the time, I think the X68000 was the only camera that reproduced the rise and fall of the downward view.

Sega's boards for business use at that time were so amazing that even the high-spec X68000 could be classified as an unreasonable transplant.
Both CPUs are 68000, but Thunderblade's base is equipped with two 68000s, and scaling can be handled by hardware.

The X68000 version seems to have large, medium, and small sprite patterns like the PC engine version, but since the number of patterns is more than double that of the PC engine, scaling is smooth and beautiful.

It looks like the last boss will be enlarged by the program and approaching. Do you use them differently depending on the object?

The sound is great and it sounds really good. The X68000 has 1 PCM channel, so the drums disappear every time an explosion sounds, but it's nothing to worry about.
In the intro of the boss song, the two notes before the bass begins to play the riff are completely messed up, but please respect it.

The legend never fades. I have high hopes for the X68000Z as well.
