In October, One Tree Planted hosted a volunteer tree planting event in St. Louis, Missouri in collaboration with Paul DeJong and Players for the Planet. Volunteers planted over 200 trees in Forest Park, which is part of a larger project to restore the native oak and hickory forest in the heart of St. Louis. Forest Park is one of the largest urban parks in the country and is an important natural resource for the people of St. Louis.

Players for the Planet is an organization that works to connect professional athletes, sports teams, and organizations with opportunities to serve and protect our natural world and the environment.
