Clam Digging in Nova Scotia | Catch and Cook

Digging for clams in Nova Scotia, Canada. On this adventure, we travel to local saltwater mud flats to harvest soft-shell clams. Do you like coastal foraging and cooking style videos? This is a catch and cook video where wild edibles are foraged using a spade. Additionally, this video will show you how to cook clams. This year, the size of soft-shell clams must exceed 50mm in length. All clams were measured and were harvested in a permitted area.
