Arches National Park Virtual Walk - Park Avenue Trail - 4k Nature Walk & Treadmill Trail - CityWalks

Well, we've finally left Colorado and the snow. I can't lie. When I rolled into Arches after a long, confined winter, my heart soared. I felt elated to have Arches nearly to myself. I'd never visited before and here I had a sunny warm day with blue skies and empty trails (nearly). The red rocks seemed to erupt from the ground and pop against the blue sky. Later in the year, all of our national parks get bombarded with visitors. It's sort of what they are for and it's good that people are out enjoying them and valuing them but it's also nice to have them to myself. I hope you enjoy this walk along the Park Avenue virtual hiking trail and will excuse my excited exclamations.
