2007 Honda Civic SI Review - The Guilt-free Sports Sedan (8th Gen)

Описание к видео 2007 Honda Civic SI Review - The Guilt-free Sports Sedan (8th Gen)

The eighth-generation Civic SI is not the quickest car for the price, or the most reliable, but it might be the best affordable sports sedan out there. Watch and find out why!
QUICK NOTE:
At 9:57 I said 8300 rpm redline but I meant to say fuel cutoff (limiter).
A FEW THINGS I LEFT OUT:
The paint had a lawsuit against it since it was holding up so poorly.
The AC compressor is a known failure for Hondas of the time, my car was a victim of this as well, the fix is usually between $800-1200.
Motor mounts are known to be bad as well, I have one on its way out as well.
The third gear issue was recognized by Honda and came defected when new. Second gear synchronizers are also a prominent issue, an issue that can be helped through Amsoil synchromesh gear oil and a new slave cylinder,
This is my personal car that I have owned for 18 months.

Thank you Ben Dorocke for helping film this review!
