Nguvulu Vincent Chinyama was born on the 11th January 1992, at Chavuma Mission Hospital in Chavuma District in the Northwestern Province of Zambia and is Luvale by tribe. He is the first born in a family of 7 from Mr & Mrs Nguvulu Victor and his wife Silvia Kayombo both of NorthWestern province.

He is an Member of the Zambia Institute of Human Resource Management holding a Banchelors in Human Resources Management obtained from Mansfield University and also a Diploma in the same program of study from Copperstone University. He is an Approved Author of the famous book "BEYOND UNIVERSITY" by Ministry of General Education- Zambia through Curriculum Development Centre and also recoginsed by the Minsitry of Higher Education- Zambia.

He’s the Founder and CEO of BEYOND UNIVERSITY, a university founded on grounds of Mentorship, Coaching, Transformation and Leadership in Business Management on the Practical aspects and not theory, Financial Management on Market exchange plartfom and not equations, Personal development strategies on Performance based and not predictions. Under this University, You are gureented to observe progress with your participation, consideration and implamantation of programs.

He is also a Life Coach, which he helps in opffering Mentorship programs relating to Personal development, Financial development, Educational development & Leadership development. He is a Radio/Tv personality as can be seen through some of his passionate posts. He is also a Youth advocate on matters affacting the Youths in making sure balanced implementation and consideration is applied against fighting Unemployment, Unfair Justice, Youths participation in Polictics, Gender based violence, Racial Equality and also Orphans support programs. In doing all this, he makes sure that a proper Resolution significant enough has been applied.

He is an Educationlist in making sure that the Education system in Zambia is balanced to what is within the productive curriculum and not what is History without proof. He belives combining academic qualifications to personal intelligence is important -for academic qualification is one thing while personal intelligence is another, therefore one must learn to use both.

He shares his services through Seminars, Conferences and Motivational Talk shows where they discuss and share ideas worth development. During these kinds of events, he also emphasizes the significance of Malpractice free during Examinations to help pupils and students remain relevant to their personal development. He also promotes and educates the importance of Career Decision Making as that is paramount to everyone and as well sensitizes the effects of Gender Based Violence and HIV/AIDS creating awareness campaign.
