With this vision, the Basque Government and the City Council of Bilbao opened a space for the exchange between agents of the south and the north the 22 and 23 may of 2022, with the aim of sharing the processes of empowerment and mutually learning from the results, to apply what they learned to future development actions.

The central theme of the last edition of the Seminars is reflections and actions around the incorporation of gender perspective in humanitarian initiatives, from the diagnosis of needs to the adaptation of interventions to respond better, boost participation and collaborate with local organisations.
