Every Batman fan out there is excited for Matt Reeve’s interpretation of the iconic character in The Batman. Actors and actresses alike shared in our excitement - and rushed at their opportunities to try out for a role. We’re taking an in depth look at some of the cast’s favorite and cringiest audition stories for The Batman.
As we know that casting settled for Robert Pattinson as Bruce Wayne - we don’t realize how hard it was for him to land the part. He pushed through the competition with his persuasive ways and ended up convincing the right players. Zoe Kravitz has a lot to share about her Cat Woman audition - some of it really makes us shake a little from her anxious moments. But even after all the intense audition processes - cast members had to undergo a lot of screen tests. Which really are nerve wracking when you think about putting on your costume for the first time and getting lines out. There’s a lot of stories about how they got the part - but we’re a little interested too in why they got the part.
As The Batman releases in early 2022 - fans will get to enjoy a fresh take on the hero’s journey. And really to just appreciate the amount of work the cast did to earn their places in the film. Can’t wait to see Batman and Cat Woman take out the Riddler? We can’t either.
