The inline stick moulder is used for continuous production of moulded ice cream, sherbet, fruit juice or water ice on sticks, available with a capacity from 2,000 - 12,000 pcs/hr. Compared to traditional artisanal process, this equipment not only has higher throughput and automated control to reduce labour cost, but also capability of producing frozen novelties in varied design.

The production of moulded stick products is carried out in several main stages:
1. Filling ice cream or water ice into moulds.
2. Inserting wooden sticks into the product.
3. Freezing product in a cold brine bath.
4. Defrosting the outer layer of the product with warm water spray for release from the mould.
5. Extracting frozen product from moulds.
6. Coating with chocolate and dry ingredients.
7. Lay down into the wrapping machine.
8. Finally, the empty moulds are transferred to flush zones for cleaning before being returned and filled again.


直線型冰棒機可連續生產模製雪糕、雪酪、果汁、水冰等帶棒產品,產能範圍從每小時2,000枝到12,000枝。與傳統手工的製造方式相比,除了更高的產能與自動化控制可以降低人員成本,還能夠生產造型更加多變的新穎產品。

模製冰棒的生產主要分為幾個階段進行:
1. 充填冰淇淋或水冰至模具
2. 將木棒插入產品中
3. 通過滷水槽凝凍
4. 噴淋溫水,使產品外層融霜,方便脫模
5. 將產品從模具中拔出
6. 披覆上巧克力並添加乾果顆粒
7. 放下冰棒送入包裝機
8. 最後將空模具送到沖洗區,在重新充填之前進行清洗
