After cleaning the manifold and replacing the valves we have the rotisserie valve to deal with because that valve was ruined.

Flame Thrower valves are popular in many barbecue grill models because the control valve integrates an igniter so the valve seems to automatically light the burner. Here we remove the controls in order to clean and pain the manifold pipe. If a manifold pipe rusts-through you are done; difficult to find replacement manifold pipes for foreign barbecues like these.

Replacing valves is simple although repairing the rotisserie a little more involved. As any repair technician will agree, thinking "out of the box" is necessary with safe testing to be a good repair-person.
