Using the Type Tool in Adobe Photoshop is relatively straightforward. Here are the steps:

Open Adobe Photoshop and create a new document or open an existing one.
Select the Type Tool from the toolbar on the left-hand side of the screen (it looks like a capital "T").
Click on the area of the canvas where you want to add text. This will create a text box.
Type your text into the text box. You can change the font, font size, and font color by using the options in the top toolbar.
To move the text box, click and drag the box to a new location.
To resize the text box, click on one of the corners and drag it to the desired size.
To align the text, use the align options in the top toolbar.
To apply effects or styles to the text, such as bold, italic, or underline, use the options in the Character panel on the right-hand side of the screen.
Once you've finished typing and formatting your text, you can save the document or export it in the desired format.

In the End there is more properties for text formation which have two panel
Character and Paragraph
In Character Panel You have some same properties like the tool bar and some are different like Line space, character space, kerning, scaling horizontal and vertical , Make bold, underline Upper Case, Lower Case text.
In Paragraph panel you have some alignment to set paragraph and indents options at the end there is one effect check Hypernet which use to arrange last word of line properly.
