DK2 BCR590 2-Bike Carrier Assembly Steps


STEP 1 | Unpack the contents of your bike carrier and lay the parts on a flat surface


STEP 2 | Unfold the two outer arms and install the safety pins through each of the three holes


STEP 3 | With the two hole galvanized block inserted into the hitch tongue insert into rack base


STEP 4 | Install the two hex head mounting bolts into the bottom of the rack base and tighten


NOTE: Carrier comes ready to install into a 2" hitch receiver


STEP 5 | Insert bike rack into 2" hitch


STEP 6 | Tighten with adjustable wrench for anti wobble fit


STEP 7 | Slide tire racks onto lower bars


STEP 8 | Slide the support arms down onto the central upright beam
