Hey there! So, guess what? Yes, I’m back on the beach in Daytona Beach Shores, .Florida, at my new listing Sherwin 1201. This condo building is located directly oceanfront at 2555 S. Atlantic Ave, on the northern end of the Shores. This is a really neat location as it gives you a great deal of convenience to different points of interest along our coast. So, why is this 2 bedroom beach condo so much different than the other 2 bedroom condos you are viewing online?
For starters, the living space is much larger, providing more than 1,560 living square feet. Most other similar condo buildings have more narrow and tighter living spaces, but here you have a spacious master suite as well as a very roomy gathering area.
Plus, The extensive use of windows in this floor plan provides endless views and natural light. Annnnnnnd! … all of these windows and sliders have been recently replaced !
