How To Get a Refund On Steam

Learn how to return a game on Steam and request for a refund of your purchased game.


Before we get into how to refund on Steam, make sure you're within the refund policy criteria.


1. To refund steam games, the game must have been purchased within the last 14 days.
2. The game must have been played for not more than 2 hours to qualify for a refund on steam.



How To Refund Steam Games:
Go to help either on the website or on the app
Then select 'A purchase' and select the game you want to refund.
You'll need to tell Steam why you want to refund that game.
Select how you want your refund processed.
Confirm your refund on Steam request.
Steam will send you an Email once your refund goes through. That's how to refund on steam.
