How I Got my hair actually Blue Steel (UPDATE Video)🥰

I made a video using the dye Blue Steel by manic panic and it didnt make a big difference so i tried mixing shocking blue with conditioner and this was the result! XD Comment what you think of this color! As i said im planning on changing my hair color again this time go grey so i wanna try Lunar Tides Slate Grey(ill see if i can order it and hopefully make a video for you guys) Thankkkies for watching!
