I figured it is worth to keep working with shadows : Among the elements making a projection mapping looks realistic, the shadow is independent from spectator's perspective, while the others are loosing the perspective depending on the view angle. It also conveys a sense of spiritual fantasy. In this installation the shadows are mapped on a single flat model of a building, but conveying powerful impression.

I directed a documentary about Sae Byung Kwan, an ancient stronghold in Korea. This fabulously beautiful building is keeping the memories and history of war and peace of several hundred years ago. In this opening sequence, the shadows are used to emphasize the beauty of the building. They visualize the memories of the past which is subtly blended with the present, bringing the spirit into the physical world.
