We went down to the track with three of the big names in the shot put to see how they would train ahead of the Diamond League final in Brussels.

They played P-I-G! For those that don't know, this entails passing the ball to each other and when you fail to pass it on... you pick up a letter. The first to spell the word 'pig' then becomes a target for the other players in the goal!
