Скачать или смотреть Longines L2.773.4.78.3 chronograph problems from day zero - watch master collection - automatic

This watch is bought in Paris on 30.11.2012. in certified shop, with international warranty.
Unfortunately it is faulty from day zero. Chronograph hand is not working, when I try to reset stopwatch it doesn't return to zero position, it returns to some 'random' position, witch is sometimes oposite to hand that shows hours. Any idea? Maybe I'm doing something wrong?

When I press button for stopwatch start/stop to start stopwatch it is very hard to press, like I do it against its will. Then when I want to stop stopwatch is can be pressed with much less pressure. stopwatch reset button can be also be pressed with pressure level that seams to be normal, without trying too hard.

Very strange for Longines and this class of watches, isn't it?

NOTE: date/month and moon phase were not set...
