Verse 1
May Lord Natesha protect us—He who calls all beings with the sound of His drum, rescuing those drowning in the terrible ocean of worldly existence. Out of compassion, He grants fearlessness and raises His left foot, showing it as the path to liberation while holding fire in His hand and performing the cosmic dance in the sacred hall.
Verse 2
I worship Lord Natesha, the great Maheshvara, honored by the guardians of the directions, wielder of the bow of Shiva, the destroyer of enemies of the gods, the one who smiles at the destruction of the three cities, who wears the skin of the mighty elephant, and who is known through the Vedas.
Verse 3
I worship Lord Natesha, the supreme Lord who is worshipped by all beings, the eternal origin of everything, the one true friend of all, beyond the reach of the mind, who destroys the demon Apasmara (ignorance), and who remains changeless and supreme.
Verse 4
I worship Lord Natesha, the compassionate one adored by Vishnu, the embodiment of supreme bliss, who performs the eternal dance of joy and resides in the center of the divine hall as the form of the infinite consciousness.
Verse 5
I worship Lord Natesha, the Lord of the cosmic hall, adorned with the crescent moon, sharing half His body with Goddess Uma, whose lotus feet perform the graceful dance, and whose compassionate glance blesses devotees.
Verse 6
I worship Lord Natesha whose eyes are the sun, moon, and fire, who is worshipped by all beings, whose form radiates pure consciousness and supreme bliss while He performs the eternal dance of divine joy.
Verse 7
I worship Lord Natesha whose hand holds the sacred drum, whose feet shine like pearls, whose throat bears the poison of the cosmic ocean, whose face shines with a gentle smile, and whose arms are adorned with mighty serpents.
Verse 8
O Shambhu, I see no refuge other than You. Who else is more helpless than me? Why would You ignore one who has surrendered to You? I worship Lord Natesha, the Lord of the divine hall.
Verse 9
Holding Your lotus feet in my hands, O Lord who dances in the center of the sacred hall, I constantly meditate upon You. Grant me the blessings I seek.
Verse 10
O Lord, I do not desire repeated birth and death, nor the kingdom of the gods which lacks true happiness. O destroyer of sorrow, grant me the blessing that I may always reside in Your divine hall, witnessing Your cosmic dance along with the attendants of Shiva.
