MAX PAYNE 2 THE FALL OF MAX PAYNE for PlayStation 2 (Unboxing)

I’ve completed Max Payne trilogy 3 or 4 times and I’ve always liked the first game the most (though gameplay is best in the third game), even though its plot is more simple than in next games by Remedy, but the winter atmosphere captures and haunts every time I replay the game. The sequel’s atmosphere is autumn like and haunting in its own way, but I still prefer winter atmosphere. Though in all other aspects the game feels better than the original: the more complicated but still interesting story, Mona Sax is memorable and great (unlike the first game), the graphics is nice, the physics is still great, gameplay is almost the same with some details (you can lay on the floor and shoot and the sand timer fills itself in time without killing enemies), the music is perfect (the main theme still gives goose bumps) and thanks to this game and Sam Lake in particular we know about Poets of the Fall (Late Goodbye fits the plot perfectly). So this is a nice sequel to a nice game that feels the same and different at the same time. And I’m glad to have the copy with the manual. Oh, and TV shows. In sequel they are more interesting than most present day shows, that’s an achievement indeed.
