Link below my google drive for you to download the lamborghini in solidworks and autocad file
✅https://drive.google.com/drive/folder...

That's what you'll see in this video, see that on the left side of the video is how the file is in solidworks, and
on the right side is how it will look in autocad 3D. If you want to download these two files both in autocad and
in solidworks, just click on the link in the description of the video, it's free, and there are other links like excellent
training for designers.

Starting the tutorial, to export from solidworks to autocad, click on file.
Then click save as.
Then click on file type, and choose the file STEP AP300.
Then just choose where you want to save and click save. Depending on the size of the file, this process may take a while.

Now that we've saved in step format, let's go to autocad.
the first thing you should do is type the word import and hit enter. This will enable the import tool.
Then find the directory where you saved the step file, then just change the files of type option to step format.
This will show the file you saved. now just click on it and click on open.

Then click close when this message appears.
And after that, now comes the secret!
You will believe that it didn't work, because nothing will happen!
Well, what you have to do is wait for a message to appear in the lower right corner of the screen, this will take a long time depending on
the size of your file.

This file of mine, which is this incredible lamborghini, took around 30 minutes. So be patient!

This is the message that should appear, informing you that the import process is complete.
Now what you should do is click on the link that appears just below, only after clicking on the link will the imported file appear.
See that also after clicking on the link if your file is heavy, it will also take time to process and the 3d object will appear.

Now just zoom in extend, and type vs, to color your 3D file.
This process I just taught you can be used both for solidworks part format files and assembly files.
But if it's an assembly file it will come all together, so if you want the parts to be separate, you'll have to
give an explode command to explode everything.

I hope I've added value to you with a little knowledge.
Don't forget to click on the links in the video description to learn even more, and we even have a whatsapp group to talk to
about solidworks simulation, come and be part of this team that grows more every day and that everyone learns with free knowledge.
A big hug and see you soon!
