Rebellion™ XD Installation | CURT 45949 Adjustable Cushion Hitch Ball Mount

This video shows how to install the adjustable cushion hitch ball mount #45949 CURT Rebellion™ XD on a standard trailer hitch receiver. The ball mount installation is fast and easy with the correct technique.
To install the Rebellion™ XD cushion hitch ball mount, begin by inserting the ball mount shank into the 2-inch hitch receiver. Next, measure the trailer tongue height. Select the hole on the adjustable shank that measures closest to this height. This will be the top hole position for the trailer ball tongue attachment. Finally, attach the hitch ball tongue by angling it slightly upward and aligning the top hole on the adjustable shank. Insert the top hitch pin. Then, apply downward pressure to the hitch ball tongue and insert the bottom pin. If the tongue must be positioned using the topmost hole, insert the bottom pin first.
