How to repair a Safeway 1.5L blender in 5 minutes

In this episode it was brought to our attention that a Safeway blender would not work even though it was properly locked. We start by testing the blender on power to confirm it does not work, then we diagnose each part separately to find the fault. With the motor you can use any object to activate a safety switch in order to check if the motor runs then check the jug lever to see if its not broken.
In this case the jug lever was broken and was replaced within five minutes to restore good working condition of the blender.
