JON BOAT to SALTWATER SKIFF Build Walkthrough | 212hrs of Work

In May of 2019 I bought my first boat. It was great and worked, but I always wanted to tweak it some. So in February 2021 when I got hurt surfing, I dove into remodeling my Jon Boat into a custom saltwater skiff. It took me 212hrs to finish it, and in this video I break down the entire build, including a time lapse of the whole process.
