The Dangerous Mission To Luka Land: An Oral Bible Translation Documentary.

Theovision, in partnership with Faith Comes By Hearing (FCBH) initiated a special project in January this year to reach out to an unreached people group in Ghana.

The “Luka” people have no written language nor alphabets, although close to 9,000 people speak the language. With no alphabets and no texts to fall on for the translation, Theovision resorted to the Oral Bible Translation (OBT) method to record the language.

To the glory of God, the team has now recorded the Book of Luke in the “Luka” mother tongue. The team is now working on the Book of Hebrews, which is expected to take several months to complete. Please pray with Theovision for grace and resources to complete this sensitive project, so that the “Luka” people may have access to the word of God!
