Also on this channel, my 'Feel Your Feelings Series' is set up to assist you in being present with feelings and becoming the version of yourself that can take responsibility for processing these feelings through any future experiences. This process is meant to empower you to grow and easily take responsibility for challenging feelings that you may face in overwhelm, or daily life.
