Irish Cream Stout (2022) | Southern Tier Brewing Company | Beer Review |

Once again, it's Wednesday, so it's time for another installment of "Western New York Wednesday" here on the channel. This week, I'm reviewing another beer from the Southern Tier Brewing Company, and it's their Irish Cream Stout, the 2022 release. This is what they're calling an American Stout that is brewed with lactose and natural flavors. It seems as though they are trying to replicate Irish cream liqueur to some degree, but in beer form.

Commercial Description:

This Irish cocktail inspired Stout features notes of vanilla beans, fresh ground coffee, and Irish whiskey with a rich creamy finish. Dark malts combine with a subtle balance of hops to create a dark ale of comfort with a sure-fire salute to the famous spirit. Sláinte!
