This is "Very Early", composed by Bill Evans way back in 1949.
It features a distinctive chord progression which moves through a whole series of seemingly unrelated key centers, yet still manages to sound very smooth.

I grabbed the 7-String for this one. I started off with solo guitar for the head-in, then switched to two guitar tracks (I'm accompanying myself) for the solo and head-out.
Tempo is 144 bpm
