This is a video showing how to get inside the vault as there is no NPC that spawns outside of it that is supposed to have what the player needs to access the vault. I hope this video helps those of us who are a little impatient and don't wanna wait for the devs to release a fix! (Please forgive any mistakes/the radiation effect from the acid rain lol)
