Guitar built by Enrique García in 1918 in Barcelona.
This Enrique García guitar is a sample of the mastery of Enrique García and the quality of the Catalan school of construction, from which Francisco Simplicio, among others, would later draw. The guitar has a loudspeaker inside, and shows a great influence with some of the guitars of Antonio de Torres.
Enrique García surrounded himself with the greatest guitarists of his time, such as Francisco Tárrega, Miguel Llobet, Emilio Pujol, and Andrés Segovia, among others.

Esta guitarra de Enrique García es una muestra de la maestría de Enrique García y de la calidad de la escuela catalana de construcción, de la que más tarde se nutre, entre otros, Francisco Simplicio. La guitarra lleva incorporado un tornavoz en su interior, y muestra una gran influencia con algunas de las guitarras de Antonio de Torres.

"Choro da Saudade" is one of the most outstanding creations of the brilliant Paraguayan composer and guitarist Agustín Barrios Mangoré. It captures the essence of Brazilian music, with the characteristic rhythm of the choro, so natural to the guitar, and the saudade, bringing out the deepest and most melancholic feelings.

In musical terms, it is a work of great inspiration and the musical writing is impeccable, exploiting the virtues and sonority of the guitar. "Choro da Saudade" is in the key of G and has the particularity of having the fifth string tuned in G and the sixth string in D.

“Choro da Saudade” es una de las creaciones más destacadas del genial compositor y guitarrista paraguayo Agustín Barrios Mangoré. Captura la esencia de la música brasileña, con el ritmo característico del choro, tan natural en la guitarra y de la saudade, aflorando los sentimientos más profundos y melancólicos.

Musicalmente, es una obra de gran inspiración y la escritura musical es impecable, explotando las virtudes y sonoridad de la guitarra. “Choro da Saudade” está en la tonalidad de Sol y tiene la particularidad de tener la quinta cuerda afinada en sol y la sexta en re.
