The area north of the dutch capital city of Amsterdam is very pictuoresque, with a typical relaxing and green dutch landscape and 2 very interesting historical villages, Volendam and Marken. We are always near the seaside during the drive and will be driving over the Marken Sea on the causeway to the village. Video clips from our walks in these 2 places are integrated also in the video.
