MANTRA : SHOM
Meaning : Sound of 'SHOM' refers to Shiva and Shakti. It is the Sounds which activates the Powers of both Shiva and Shakti. It has immense healing powers for physical and psychological imbalances.
Kriya means Technique.

This can be performed at any time of the day. A relaxed and peaceful mind is all you need.
The life force travels from the Root Chakra upto the Crown chakra along with Kundalini Shakti.

Sit in a lotus position. If you cannot sit in this position, you can also sit on a chair. A straight back is a must. Start with focussing on Root Chakra with the sound of 'Shom' and go up as it transitions to a prolonged 'Om'. The bells represents the Shakti meeting Shiva which is the most divine and blissful feeling. If you find it hard to focus on chakras, just relax and focus on the mantra sound. It will give the same results !
The Sounds of Mridang(percussion instrument) are tuned to the various chakras as the energy advances !
Play this music in background or listen with headphones, Chant along the mantra to get better effects and positive results.
This helps heal the blockages in prana or energy channels
