Partnering with the Tortle Druid Tortileeni, and the Human Paladin Bill Budd, they head East to the city of Itlandael! What is it that the visions are warning about?

Hello, everyone! This is my own world, with its own history and lore! I am a first-time DM, so I may make mistakes, but if you have any advice go ahead and give it in the comments! Though we are using the 2014 5th Edition system, I will occasionally work with my friends to make changes, or simply add my own thing! For example, Tortles now have an average life-span of 200 years, and the usual homebrew rule of feeding yourself a health potion with a bonus action will also apply!
