During the process, the office was always very responsive. Other roofing companies don't even answer their phones. The roof installation went well also. The roofing crew was on time, started early, and did a great job cleaning up.

He said he would definitely refer Innovative to his neighbors and had actually already done so to many neighbors that probably also had hail damage to their roofs, siding, gutters, and more.

Overall Frank was very happy with the project. He did however only give Innovative Home Concepts a B letter grade. Because in his words an A is perfect and nobody is perfect!
