The first level in Episode 2 of Wolfenstein 3D on the ECWolf Source Port played on I am Death Incarnate difficulty. This first stage pulls no punches with the introduction of the mutants; the most annoying enemy type in Wolfenstein 3D. These a-holes pack a punch and will shred through you like butter if you don't deal with them quickly. This makes getting the sub-machine gun a necessity before you start fighting them and once you get the first room cleared, you can get the minigun to make dealing with these mutants easier.
