Although it is rumors to have been created by Jerry Thomas when he worked at the Occidental Hotel and Julio Richelieu while in Martinez. MARTINEZ

1.5 oz/45 ml Old Tom Gin
1.5 oz/45 ml Sweet Vermouth
.25 oz/7.5 ml Maraschino Liqueur
1 Dash Angostura Bitters
1 Dash Orange Bitters

Method

1. Add all ingredients into the mixing glass.
2. Stir with ice for 45 seconds.
3. Pour into a chilled Coupe.
4. Garnish with a Lemon twist.
