follow @andrewpolo_ for more fashion and eczema recovery videos! i can’t believe that eating one delicious sandwich at isted grill in Copenhagen would destroy me that bad, but I also believe it at the same time i’d been testing how gluten reacts with my hand eczema and had generally cut it out for a while after eating that one sandwich, the flare started coming a few days after it. pretty certain it’s the gluten which makes me so sad haha anyway, if you made it to the end of the video i also did a podcast with the @nationaleczema association! you can find it by searching for “eczema out loud” on any podcast provider you use OR i’ll put the link in my b10 thanks for following along!!
